Synergy Business Environments was established in Nashville, Tenn., by Michael Moore to meet increased demands for commercial furniture and architectural solutions. Designed to assist clients with promoting high-caliber work environments built on productivity and balance, the company also provides motorized and manual window shades, sound masking elements, and live walls.
After relocating to Nashville, Tenn., in 2001, Moore was introduced to Dillmeier Glass Company a few years later as a DIRTT modular wall dealer.
“We became involved with Dillmeier in 2006, and they have always been one of our greatest supporters over the years,” explains Moore, adding that Synergy Business Environments utilizes the fabricator whenever possible, regardless of location.
Moore recalls the one time he did contract a local fabricator for a U.S. West Coast-based project—he naturally assumed the job would be completed quicker and at a lower cost.
“We tried a local fabricator for a job in California, and their price was high, the process was painful, and the order shipped late,” he says. “Dillmeier always responds very quickly, regardless of location and are easy to do business with.

Synergy recently provided tempered glass dividers for a large Healthcare company with offices in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas.
Moore says he and his team ran into a timing and delivery issue with another manufacturer.
Luckily, Dillmeier Glass Company stepped in at the last moment to save the day.
“The customer [Parallon] required flat polished glass with rounded corners that would be integrated into top caps, and we were informed by our original manufacturer partner that they couldn’t meet the specified deadline—they basically told us that if we had another resource, we should call them.”
He immediately reached out to Dillmeier Glass Company President Garrett Ames for assistance.
“I called Garrett [Ames], and shared the top cap and edges, so they were aware of the special circumstances,” he explains. “Dillmeier immediately provided a mock-up, and the project was completed within the specified time frame and at a better price point [than the original fabricator].”
Moore says he remains loyal to Dillmeier Glass Company for many reasons, but if he had to choose three, he says those would be: “Attention to detail, processes, and execution.”
He’s also looking forward to working with the fabricator in the coming months on a new project requiring 2,460 tempered glass divider workstations for a large healthcare client.
“For us there has never been a reason to look elsewhere,” Moore says. “I think it’s the urgency and quick response we always receive from the [Dillmeier] team in Arkansas. It’s built into their corporate culture. With other companies, I submit a special order, and I could wait up to two weeks for a quote. With Dillmeier I typically receive a reply the same day, and that’s with factoring in several architectural revisions and other factors.”
