Dillmeier Glass Company Appoints Jerry Goolsby Vice President - Operations

Van Buren, Ark. - Jan. 23, 2020 – Dillmeier Glass Company, a premier manufacturer of glass store fixtures, glass components, glass wall systems, and myriad of other glass applications for customers worldwide, has appointed Jerry Goolsby as Vice President - Operations.

Goolsby, who is based at the company’s Van Buren, Arkansas headquarters, has more than 20 years experience within manufacturing operations. Prior to joining Dillmeier Glass, he served as VP of Advanced Manufacturing for Hubbell Power Systems, Inc., a $1.5 billion division of international electrical and electronic products manufacturer Hubbell Inc. While there, Goolsby had global responsibility for the company’s Research, Development & Testing Laboratories in Missouri and Ohio.

In his new position, Goolsby will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations at Dillmeier Glass. This includes setting strategic direction, as well as leading the company toward daily, continuous improvement based on plant efficiency, automation and industry-leading lead times, while continually providing outstanding customer service.

Goolsby received an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis Olin Business School, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri. He is a U.S. Navy veteran, having served within the branch’s Special Operations (SpecOps) force as U.S. Navy Diver - Lieutenant.
