Garrett Ames serves as President of Dillmeier Glass Company, bringing more than two decades of manufacturing expertise and operational leadership to the company's legacy of excellence. Since joining Dillmeier in 2011, he has been instrumental in transforming the company's approach to quality assurance and customer service. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Garrett revolutionized Dillmeier's sales and delivery processes, establishing new industry benchmarks for quality control and customer satisfaction. His success in these areas led to his promotion to Chief Operating Officer, where he spearheaded initiatives that significantly expanded the company's capabilities while maintaining its reputation for superior craftsmanship. Today, as President, Garrett leads Dillmeier's continued growth and innovation in glass fabrication technology, while upholding the company's foundational commitment to manufacturing excellence and exceptional customer service.

Ted Crowell, VP of Operations

Ted Crowell possesses over 25 years of proven expertise in manufacturing, within the residential and commercial construction sectors. Cody Tran, VP of Engineering

As Vice President of Engineering, Cody Tran brings an unmatched depth of technical expertise earned throughout his more than four decades in glass fabrication. Starting on the production floor and advancing through nearly every operational role in the company—including plant manager—Cody has developed an encyclopedic knowledge of glass engineering that makes him an invaluable resource for solving complex fabrication challenges. He has been the driving force behind Dillmeier's technical innovation, customizing solutions for clients' most demanding projects while continuously advancing the company's manufacturing capabilities.
